Deeper Understandings: Personal Diary:

Something I/we have understood about the emotions and the need for them.

Having experienced a direct relationship between the emotions, and the effects it has had on our physical body, health and mental and emotional balance, our thoughts and feelings and the way we express it.

And then there is the spiritual spark within the Holographic Universe Theory~ the simulation in which we live~ this side of the veil field, that is connected to the divine field of light~ on the other side of the veil field~ outside the simulation.

Thinking about my life from this perspective, instantly make me KNOW that it’s not the fault of others in my life.

They trigger things that we need to be able to experience and understand to show us our needs towards the self,  they do not cause it.

“I/we” cause it so that our field and spark can begin to understand that to progress into our ascended self we filter everything through our physical body on earth in the simulation.

This is what helps us to evolve our energies, emotional, mental, physical, biologically and brain/ heart coherence and as we evolve so does the collective consciouness of humanity.

We are never doing these adjustments alone~ we are all connected, and everything we do is affecting everyone else.

By experiencing them first hand through our life~ we are releasing negative energy that has been holding us for eons of time in the simulation/life by man.

Because we create our world from the distant past, we have created lots of negative patterns in our life the simulation.

To alter these~ takes an understanding that it can be released in a way that does not involve personal crying, rage, sadness, jealously and revenge.

By not getting caught up in the dramas I found myself sending light and love to any situation and felt happy that I did this.

When we have a negative experiences~ accept it as part of the progress and not to be repeated, or if it is~ then look a bit closer at it~ to find the deeper understanding ~ so that we can change something in our thoughts actions and life.

These are all guidelines given so that we can grow into our authentic self with love and gratitude. If we can recognise and adjust our life when they happen we grow in our divine self.
